Level: Entry level full-time position for a recent college graduate (preferably with a marketing degree), or an extremely motivated person who is looking for a career opportunity in the publishing industry, marketing and sales organizations. Writing skills, including spelling and grammar, will be tested.

Position Description: This position reports to the advertising sales department manager. Full time position for a bright individual who loves his/her job. Main tasks include assisting the account managers in their daily activities. Requires excellent organization skills. You must be detailed oriented, one who can prioritize his/her tasks with good time management skills. Duties include lead generation, preparation of media kits, ongoing contact with clients and follow-up. Service accounts, working closely with account managers and Web services department.

Skills: Hands-on computer experience, Internet and Web experience as a user. Excellent phone and good writing skills are key, as this position requires heavy e-mail communication with customers. Ability to handle several tasks at the same time in a proficient manner with good level of organizational skills.
