Level: College or business school graduate preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Access. Candidate must have excellent telephone manner, be extremely detail oriented and have strong customer service ability.

Position Description: Join a professional, creative aggressive show team that produces 4 leading conferences and expos with many more to come. These events are produced with very high standards and have built an excellent reputation. The right candidate has an outstanding chance of building a career in the trade show industry. This position answers to the vice president of events and can lead to a management position for the right individual.

You will record conference and expo registrations, process payments, answer questions from attendees regarding registration options, assist with onsite registration setup, train temporary personnel at shows, work with outside registration company in developing badges, etc. You will liaise with convention centers, hotels, temporary agencies and registration companies.
