Only Six Town Homes Remain for Sale Priced From $115,000 at Vistas at Heritage Bay in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. - Only six town homes remain for sale with top model upgrades priced from $115,000 at Vistas at Heritage Bay, located at Goodland and Bellaire Bay Drives off Immokalee Rd. in Naples.

Matt Devereaux, director of sales for Lennar’s Southwest Florida Division, said two and three bedroom, two-story town homes with two-and-a-half baths at Vistas at Heritage Bay offer exceptional lake, golf course or nature preserve views.

Town homes at Vistas at Heritage Bay range in size from 1,250 square feet of living space to more than 1,550 square feet, Devereaux said. Among the top model upgrades offered are tile floors, full appliance packages and level 4 carpet and padding.

Amenities at The Vistas include resort-style a swimming pool with cabana.
