Who is Fred Baker you ask?
Fred as a Cisco Fellow, has made many significant contributions to the Internet through his years of involvement with the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) as well as various other activities related to the development and propagation of the Internet. He has contributed to over 40 IETF protocols and holds several US patents.
For over 30 years Fred has worked at the forefront of IP technology and can dish on topics relevant to the 4G Mobile Internet and the role of IP in the migration from 3G to 4G.
