Introducing... the most pimped out smores bar ever.

This bad boy is made with vanilla yogurt, chocolate-covered grahams, marshmallows, walnuts, heavy cream, and loads of chocolate chips. It's your sweet tooth's dream come true (and possibly your diet's nightmare). Note: vanilla yogurt is optional but adds more bite to the bar, like a tangy kick almost as an afterthought, and lets the chocolate go down easy. Rowr.

No-Bake Frozen Smores Bars
Makes 12
In minutes: 15 (+2 hours to chill)

Ingredients
2 cups vanilla yogurt
walnuts to garnish
graham cracker crumbs to garnish (about 3 crackers)

Procedure:
1. Heat cream in a sauce pan for two minutes or until the edges start to bubble. 
2. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Wait about 10 minutes then mix in marshmallows and graham cracker pieces. Stir in vanilla yogurt and mix well.  
3. Line a baking pan (or whatever contained you want) with foil and spread the mixture in. Top with walnuts and more chocolate chips. Chill for at least two hours then cut into bars.
4. Enjoy! 

Keep 'em in the freezer for safekeeping.. and grab a bar whenever you need an extra shot of chocolate.
