- ITP document composition solution recognised as best of breed with proven integration to Microsoft and complementary partner solutions

London, 26 November, 2009 - Aia Software (www.aia-itp.com), a leading author and developer of intelligent document composition software today announced that it has joined the London Market Network, a group of complementary Microsoft Gold Certified partners that provide integrated solutions to the London Insurance Market. Together the partners offer end to end integrated solutions that can be implemented more quickly leading to lower project risk and a faster return on investment (ROI).

The London Market Network was formed by Microsoft in recognition of the need for effective IT systems for the insurance industry and the potential benefits to bringing together technology partners that could demonstrate specific functionality or services and show proven integration with other solutions.

Insurance companies typically face the same type of business, technology and integration challenges as their peers and often work with Microsoft partners to build cohesive systems, e.g. integrating document composition with an underwriting system. However, the London Market Network now offers a "one stop shop" for solutions that can meet all of the technology and business requirements of the London Insurance Market.

Bruce McKee, Insurance Market Development Manager, Microsoft UK said, "I am delighted to welcome Aia Software into the London Market Network. It is recognition of the value that Aia's ITP Document Platform offers around document composition, output and control, which is a key part of the underwriting process. Alongside their understanding and knowledge of the insurance market, the additional capabilities that the ITP Document Platform brings to contract certainty and efficient multi-channel communications ensure insurance companies do not leave themselves open to unnecessary levels of risk."

Christoffel Klimbie, Sales Director, Aia Software UK commented, "Each of the Microsoft partners represent best of breed solutions and services. By working together we can deliver our mutual clients with solutions that are easier to implement as the integration challenges have been simplified. This leads to a faster deployment, lower project costs and ultimately quicker ROI. I am looking forward to working with Microsoft and the other partners to show how the integrated whole sum of our capabilities can bring significant benefits to the London Insurance market."

The London Market Network meets on a regular basis and allows each partner to leverage the strengths, expertise, market awareness and contacts of the other partners. When presenting to clients, the London Market Network is able to show what can be achieved from the integration of end to end complementary solutions from established Microsoft partners.

All partner solutions have proven compatibility with Microsoft's products and are built on Microsoft technology, e.g. .NET, Windows Server, SQL Server and integrate to or are built on SharePoint Server. Aia Software joins the following specialist partners in the London Market Network:
• Sequel Business Solutions (Broking, Underwriting and Annual Accounting Solutions)
• Moore Stephens (Business Performance Management)
• CIBER (MS-CRM, SharePoint and K2 workflow deployment)
• Finsbury Solutions (Spreadsheet Management)
• K2 (Workflow and Business Process Solutions)
• OpenText (Content and Records Management)
