The cancellation was effective on May 6, 2010 and was in exchange for 300,000 shares of common stock.

The Company also announced that 19,866,861 previously issued shares of the Company's Common Stock were released from escrow, effective May 15, 2010 pursuant to a Settlement Agreement between the Company and James C. Fields executed May 27, 2009. The shares are being allocated to investors and others in exchange for services.
