The announcement comes as Chesapeake Lodging Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), completes its acquisition of the 188 guestroom hotel in the heart of Los Angeles' business and financial district. The AAA Four-Diamond, 15 - story hotel recently completed a renovation of its guestrooms and all public spaces and is recognized as one of the premier properties in the heart of Los Angeles. The hotel contains 3,300 square feet of meeting and event space. It is walking distance to the Los Angeles Convention Center and is in close proximity to many leisure attractions including the L.A.
