Ari Zoldan, CEO of Quantum Networks, LLC (www.Quantum-Wireless.com), traveled to Haiti in January as a communications specialist volunteer and used Wi-Ex's zBoost Dual Band to help strengthen signal in the area and keep those affected by the disaster connected to the outside world.

"Based on my volunteering experience in third-world countries including Haiti, companies such as Wi-Ex can add significant value to disaster relief situations. During my stay in Haiti we were off the grid so we were able to use a wind turbine to power the device and seamlessly have signal allowing connectivity to both voice and data. I left the zBoost installed so that the residents of that area can stay connected to the outside world during this difficult time," said Zoldan.
