/ CORRECTION - Infrared Systems International Announces Forward Split of Its Common Stock

SILVERDALE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/10/10 -- In the news release, "Infrared Systems International Announces Forward Split of Its Common Stock," issued earlier today by Infrared Systems International (OTCBB: IFRSD), we are advised by the company that the first paragraph contains numerous material changes. Infrared Systems International Announces Forward Split of Its Common Stock

SILVERDALE, WA --(June 10, 2010) - Infrared Systems International: (OTCBB: IFRSD) is pleased to announce that the Company has effected a forward stock split of outstanding shares of its common stock, effective on June 10, 2010, at a ratio of ten new shares of common stock for every one share owned (10:1 forward split) as of the Record Date. All Stockholders of Record as of May 28, 2010 (the "Record Date") will receive 10 shares for each share held as of the Record Date. No action is required on the part of the shareholders regarding this forward split and the increase in shares will be reflected on the books of the Corporation. Beginning June 10, 2010, the Company will trade under the symbol "IFRSD" for 20 days, then return to its current symbol "IFRS."

"We are looking to increase the liquidity of our stock and expand our float. The actions that we have made since the change of control have been done to accomplish this objective," stated Bill Wright, CEO of Infrared Systems International. "As the company begins to pick up momentum, we will continue to execute on our objectives of diversifying the Company assets and increasing its revenue streams."

The Company recently amended its articles of incorporation to increase Infrared Systems' authorized shares by a factor of 10 from 50,000,000 to 500,000,000 to accommodate this forward split. The current number of outstanding shares prior to the forward split is less than 18 million and will increase to approximately 177.2 million shares after the forward split.

The Company recently announced it has appointed Bill Wright to serve as the Company's President and CEO. He will also serve as the Company's chairman along with newly appointed director Tracy Bushnell. Mr. Wright will utilize his years of experience with public companies and knowledge in business operations to focus the Company's efforts on building consistent revenues for Infrared Systems and pursuing its opportunities.
