Mr. Helms will be responsible for leading large-scale projects for government customers and the delivery of a strategic product development roadmap for Assure6(TM), an enterprise-wide policy manager for Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).

Since 2002 he was the director of professional services at CloudShield, now an SAIC company, where he led the international consulting organization that developed and deployed advanced DPI solutions.
