LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/11/10 -- Eco Depot, Inc.'s (OTCQB: ECDP) (PINKSHEETS: ECDP) principal operating subsidiary, CS Tech America today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Independent Electric Supply, Inc., a closely held company based in Los Angeles, California, to distribute Eco Depot's proprietary product line of Indoor and Outdoor LED Lights in the states of California, Arizona and Hawaii.

The distribution agreement specifies minimum purchases over a two-year period for Ten Million US Dollars ($10,000,000 USD) and is renewable based on the distributor's achievement of certain milestones. IE Supply is the largest electrical lighting distributor in California with relationships in the lighting markets and municipal LED retrofitting programs throughout the Western United States.
