Sword Insurance (a Sword Group division), the provider of leading solutions in distribution, policy administration, customer service and business intelligence for the property and casualty insurance industry, has relocated its North American headquarters to 51 Sleeper Street in Boston, Mass. as of August 30, 2010. All Sword AgencyPort staff in Boston has been relocated to the new office location. Sword AgencyPort, which was acquired by Sword Group in November 2009 is part of the recently formed Sword Insurance division.

“With the formal launch of Sword Insurance and the associated growth strategy, we have outgrown our current headquarters. In an effort to maintain our commitment to customer service, delivery, execution and innovation we needed a more efficient location to handle our expansion.” said Steve Hauck, CEO of Sword Insurance. “In the new space we can accommodate more client meetings and also have all of our Boston staff on one floor to enhance collaboration between client delivery, research & development, account management, marketing and sales.”

Hauck continued, “Together with the expansion of our client delivery and customer support organization in Portsmouth, NH we are able to quickly deploy more staff than ever to meet client demands.”

Sword Insurance also operates out of branch offices in New York, Farmington, Conn., San Francisco, Calif. and Chicago, Ill. and has European headquarters in London.
