Willard has over 18 years of experience in banking operations and 14 years of unclaimed property experience with Wachovia Bank. At Venio, Willard will be managing asset recovery, as well as contributing to compliance operations.

Some highlights of Willard's career include managing the process to outsource multiple functions offshore, leading the effort to consolidate Unclaimed Property Reporting for Wachovia and its subsidiaries into a centralized location, and leading a project to liquidate safe deposit box contents in states that do not accept aged contents or require their liquidation. Willard also designed and implemented procedures to recover escheated funds, including the recovery of funds prior to escheatment, funds held at state and federal agencies and courts, and excess proceeds from tax sales, etc. In addition, Willard served as the point of contact for all contracts for the recovery of funds using locator groups.
