CYIOS Corporation Publishes White Papers to Better Serve the Federal Government and Expand Its Sales Revenues

WASHINGTON, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CYIOS Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: CYIO) announced today that the company has published the first group in a series of white papers that cover topics important to today's managers in the Federal Government. The white papers will be showcased at GSA Monthly, an online site for Government buyers to learn more about contractor offerings beyond price and contracts.

CYIOS has created white papers on subjects such as the President's Management Agenda (PMA), Performance Based Services Contracting (PBSC), Knowledge Management (KM) and more. These papers demystify Government initiatives and policies and help improve the efficiency of the U.S. Government, its agencies and workforce. CYIOS announced that an introduction to these white papers will be showcased for one month on the homepage of http://www.gsamonthly.com/ beginning February 2, 2006. The GSA Monthly website targets over 150,000 Government buyers. The white papers will be available for download at http://www.cyios.com/whitepapers on February 2.

The goal of the white paper campaign is to show Government decision makers that CYIOS has the expertise to address today's major mandates, initiatives, and movements that make our Government run more effectively and efficiently. These papers were co-written by CYIOS experts with final editing done by Daniel Greene, who holds a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Maryland and holds certifications in Six Sigma, ITIL/ITSM, Microsoft, and Computer Associates. Mr. Greene, the Vice President of Business and Government Relations stated, "We developed white papers to provide Government managers with a clear understanding of major Federal initiatives that collectively force a change in traditional approaches to business and technology."

Several of these papers cover topics on services CYIOS currently targets the Government with, therefore this effort is a natural extension of our efforts and will lead to increased sales. CYIOS is currently developing a similar program for the private sector market with white papers that will include topics of importance to today's commercial business managers.
