AIS HMI Touch Panel Computers Equipped QNX Real-time Operating Systems

AIS HMI user interface touch terminals features an industry-optimized design including low power consumption, fanless Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz Processor, dual gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000), dual USB 2.0 and serial (isolated 2 x RS232 and 2 x RS485) interfaces, and touch screen operation. The system is housed in a durable yet lightweight plastic & steel housing, designed to NEMA 1/12/4 sealing standards on the front side, providing high levels of dust, dirt, grease, shock, vibration, and moisture resistance. The systems accept a wide voltage range input of 9-33V, making integration and deployment simple and easy. AIS’ 12.1” and 15” PC-based HMI operator interface terminals equipped with QNX Software Systems are designed for machine-level, site-level or mid-level HMI applications utilizing touch functionality.
