CRM Evolution Announces Panelists for Its August 9 Innovative Social Strategies Keynote

CRM Evolution conference chairman Paul Greenberg, Managing Principal of The 56 Group, LLC and author of CRM at the Speed of Light has said that how to interact with social customers is now a mainstream discussion for businesses.

A panel of industry experts will explore that premise in depth at the Tuesday, August 9 keynote session of the 2011 CRM Evolution Conference and Exposition at the New York Hilton. (www.destinationcrm.com)

Greenberg; Marshall F. Lager, Managing Principal, Third Idea Consulting; R. “Ray” Wang, Principal Analyst and CEO, Constellation Research; and Brian Solis, Analyst, Altimeter Group, will explore the momentum and hype around the need for organizations to have a social strategy and why it is important to have the discussion.

This all-star panel of experts will discuss how to leverage social interactions among customers, brand influencers, even strangers and others in channels the organization does not control. They will address who is effectively using social media, and how to build a successful social media strategy that incorporates culture change, process transformation and even changes to compensation.

The panel will convene at 9:00 AM.

According to studies done by Morgan Stanley and Nielsen Global, more people are communicating via social networks than by email for the first time in history. Faced with a rapidly changing communications culture, many organizations are constantly in a catch-up mode trying to devise effective strategies for interacting with customers.

The Innovative Social Strategies keynote panel is one of dozens of seminars and presentations that will be a part of the annual CRM Evolution Conference and Exposition, August 8-10 in New York. CRM Evolution is a premier showcase of the latest ideas and trends in customer relationship management.

David Gergen, senior political analyst for CNN and adviser to four United States Presidents, is the Monday, August 8, keynote speaker on how businesses can avoid the communications mistakes of government leaders.

CRM Evolution is co-located at the Hilton New York with the annual SpeechTEK Conference and Exposition.
