--Investment Conference Will Focus on the Future of the Internet and Telecom Sector--

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/07/06 -- Thomas Weisel Partners (NASDAQ: TWPG), an investment bank focused on the growth sectors of the economy, will host its Internet & Telecom Conference 2006 on March 8-9, 2006 at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco.
