Global Links Corp. Adjusts Date of 3-for-1 Forward Split

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/31/06 -- Global Links Corp. (OTC: GLKC) announced today that it has adjusted the date of the 3-for-1 forward split. The new record date for the forward split is Friday, April 7, 2006. The effective date is Monday, April 10, 2006. There is a mandatory recall of shares. Shareholders are required to return their shares to the transfer agent for exchange of post-split shares. Only shareholders of record as of April 7, 2006 will qualify.
