The Better Business Bureau of the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern Coastal California (BBB) has raised Visioneer’s rating for reliability and service to an “A+”, the highest score possible for a business that is assessed and rated by the BBB. This rating represents the BBB’s high degree of confidence in Visioneer’s operations, including rapid resolution of customer concerns filed with the BBB.

BBB Accredited Businesses must adhere to BBB’s “Standards for Trust,” a comprehensive set of 16 policies, procedures and best practices representing trustworthiness in the marketplace. The BBB assigns ratings from A to F with pluses and minuses. “A+” is the highest rating and “F” is the lowest. The standards call for building trust, embodying integrity, advertising honestly and telling the truth, being transparent, honoring promises, being responsive and safeguarding privacy.
