In regards to the additional products, we have a skin installed and we have a product that we had custom developed for us that connects to a PostgreSQL database. We've looked at slow PostgreSQL queries causing problems and have not been able to find an issue. PITTSBURGH, June 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Adams Capital Management, Inc. (ACM) today announced that Anthony Lye, an industry veteran and current leader at Siebel Systems/Oracle Corp., has joined the firm as a Venture Partner.
At ACM, Mr. Lye will put two decades of experience to work with ACM's IT and networking infrastructure companies, sharing what he learned while handling business strategies, sales, product marketing and management, and P&L responsibility for groups, divisions and companies ranging in size from start- ups to industry giants.

Before joining ACM, Mr. Lye was the Group Vice President and General Manager Applications for Siebel Systems/Oracle Corp., where he led the product integration for the acquisition and was directly responsible for all of the CRM division's core horizontal and vertical application technologies including sales, service, marketing, customer order management, self service, enterprise information management and UI/UE, as well as managing direct application strategy, product marketing, and product management.
Before working at Siebel, Mr. Lye spent six years as the President and CEO of ePeople, a collaborative CRM company focused on high value "build to order" customer relationships. Before working at ePeople, Mr. Lye held key positions in product marketing and management, and both domestic and international sales and marketing at Tivoli, Remedy Corporation and Categoric Software. He holds both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of Bath, U.K.
