Shawn has a proven track record of successful, senior-level sales management, marketing and operations experience in the healthcare information technology industry. Previous to Hayes, Shawn was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Emdat, a leading medical transcription and dictation technology service, where he was responsible for overall sales, marketing, and customer operations for US and international operations. Other leadership roles include Division Vice President at McKesson Provider Technologies, Area Vice President at IDX Systems, and National Sales Manager, Physician Systems at First Data Corporation. Shawn holds Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
