SUGAR LAND, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 09/04/12 -- Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Chemtex International Incorporated (Wilmington, North Carolina) has received a $99 million loan guarantee from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, under the 9003 Biorefinery Assistance program, to advance construction of the company's second-generation biofuel production facility, which will be in Clinton, North Carolina. The $160 million plant is expected to be fully operational by the fall of 2014.
