Sunstone Circuits^®, the leading printed circuit board (PCB) prototype solutions provider, is now being offered as a PCB fabrication service through CadSoft EAGLE PCB Design Software. CadSoft Computer, part of the Premier Farnell group of companies, has released an extended version of the PCB services ULP for EAGLE users.

From the EAGLE software, a user may now click on the ‘PCB services’ button and the software connects the user to the PCB services landing page on element14. Depending on the EAGLE user’s location, the page displays the appropriate local service partner. Additionally, users in the United States can now select Sunstone Circuits as their preferred prototype PCB fabricator. After selecting the prototyping partner, customers can individualize their quote request. EAGLE then transfers the design data automatically to the online quoting engine. The user confirms the order details and within 24 hours the prototype can be delivered.

The new PCB prototyping ULP can be downloaded from the CadSoft website: http://www.cadsoftusa.com/downloads/ulps. The ULP works for EAGLE version 5.10 and higher.
