CASE is pleased to announce the addition of David Light as Director of Implementation and head of a new London-based presence for the firm. Mark Green, who joined the firm in 2009, has taken on the new role of Director of Learning. The launch of the UK office and the firm’s recent appointments signify CASE’s commitment to leading technology innovation through education of the AEC industry.
“As an admirer of what CASE does, I am thrilled to join such a talented team and to lay the groundwork for the firm’s expansion in the UK market,” said Light. “With the UK government’s recent BIM requirements on all publicly procured projects, the industry needs as much help as possible to achieve these goals. CASE’s presence in the UK will push these efforts forward.”
A BIM specialist and a recognized UK technology industry expert, Light will head the London office and focus his efforts on BIM implementation services and support to current and future clients.
In addition to the UK expansion, CASE is furthering its efforts to bridge the gap between emerging technologies and current design practices through the appointment of Mark Green as the Director of Learning. With over 5+ years of BIM instruction both professionally and academically, Green will further promote and strengthen the firm’s approach to technology education.
“Mark has been an integral part of CASE’s development and growth,” said partner David Fano. “He possesses a genuine interest in the pedagogy of BIM as evident in his training workshops and academic courses. It was a natural step forward to have Mark lead this effort for CASE."
