Dominion Business Solutions, Inc., a Reston-based management and IT consulting firm, announced today the acquisition of EigenX, to be their Philadelphia-based subsidiary business. EigenX will operate out of Wayne, PA and serve the greater Philadelphia Market.
“Expanding to Philadelphia was an obvious choice for us. In addition to growing our business, our existing clients in that area will be better served with a local Dominion presence. We have known and worked with the EigenX leadership team for many years and this was a logical next step,” said J.P. Foley, Co-Founder and Managing Principal with Dominion. “It just makes sense.”
Stan Pittman, Co-founder of EigenX, along with the Dominion management team, will focus on a number of core competencies including: IT Program/Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, Enterprise Integration, ERP Solutions, and Social Media and Collaboration.
Stan Pittman says EigenX is ready for business. “After years of working for large companies, EigenX presents a great opportunity for us to continue to provide the high quality solutions our clients expect, but do so with the flexibility and high personal touch of a small enterprise.” Stan brings over 20 years of consulting experience and is well known in the Philadelphia market as a business leader and innovator.
