Yardi announced today that an enhanced version of Yardi Inspection™ has been released. A mobile version, Yardi Inspection Mobile™, is available for Apple, Android and BlackBerry phones and tablets.

Built in as part of the Yardi Voyager™ property management and accounting system, Yardi Inspection allows users to set up, schedule and perform inspections of assets, units and properties using fully customizable inspection templates and rating systems. The solution supports a variety of inspection types including move-in, move-out, annual inspections, due diligence, safety checks, regulatory reviews and homeowners association violations. Users can schedule mass events such as annual inspections of all units on a property. Integration of Yardi Inspection with Yardi Maintenance™ enables the creation of work orders based on failed inspection items.

Yardi Inspection Mobile instantly delivers assigned inspections to an inspector’s device. Users can record observations, criteria and responsibility. They can also record pictures and voice notes, and inspector and tenant signatures are captured directly on phones or tablets. Completed results are automatically recorded in Yardi Voyager.

Yardi Inspection Mobile can also be used in areas lacking cellular or wireless connections. Data is synchronized when a connection is reestablished.

Yardi Inspection Mobile is available in the iTunes App Store, BlackBerry App World and Android Market.
