HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners will hold its final quarterly meeting of 2012 on Sept. 24-25, in the Venango Room of the Quality Inn and Conference Center, 1411 Liberty St., Franklin, Venango County. A copy of the agenda for the upcoming meeting has been posted on the agency's website (www.pgc.state.pa.us) and can be viewed by clicking on the "Commissioners' Meeting" in the "Quick Clicks" box in the right-hand column of the homepage.
On Monday, Sept. 24, the Board will gather public comments and hear Game Commission staff reports beginning at 8:30 a.m. Doors to the meeting room will open at 7:45 a.m. Registration for those interested in offering public testimony - limited to five minutes - also will begin at that time.
On Tuesday, Sept. 25, beginning at 8:30 a.m., the Game Commission will take up its prepared agenda, which will be posted on the agency's website prior to the meeting. Doors to the meeting room will open at 7:45 a.m.
As this meeting will be held outside the agency's Harrisburg headquarters, the meeting will be videotaped and rebroadcast through the agency's website (www.pgc.state.pa.us) at a later date.
Roe also announced the minutes from the Board's June 26 meeting were posted on the agency's website (www.pgc.state.pa.us). To view the document, click on the "Resources" section in the menu bar under the banner, then select "Reports/Minutes," followed by "Commission Board Meeting Minutes," and then choose "June Minutes" in the 2012 section.
