LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 09/18/12 -- CHAMA Technologaes is pleased to announce that it has completed a merger with RWM Resources, Inc., a Colorado company. This merger will leave CHAMA as the surviving corporation. Through this merger, CHAMA has acquired rights to 450 natural gas wells and several oil wells, amongst other misc. holdings.
Combined with our recently acquired line of credit, we are very pleased with the direction our company is taking and are preparing for the exponential growth that is sure to come.
Apart from these major milestones on the road to our company's burgeoning future, we are negotiating oil wells in the South China Sea and Central America and feel confident that we will soon be making revenue from these projects.
