MANHATTAN, Kan., Sept. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Kansas State Cars, an affiliate dealership in Kansas, couldn't be more excited about the fact that Buick and GMC plan to introduce nine new vehicle models in the next 12 months. Both brands report more than 40 percent conquest sales.
