Vital Connect, Inc. (VCI), a biosensor technology startup, today announced that medical advisory board member Joseph Roberson, M.D., has joined VCI as the company’s Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Joseph Roberson, who serves as CEO and managing partner at San Francisco Bay Area’s CEI Medical Group, which includes the California Sleep Institute and Sleep Laboratories, California Ear Institute, California Craniofacial Institute, California Sinus Institute, California Face and Laser Institute, and Global Hearing is a preeminent surgeon in otology, neurotology and skull base surgery. He has served on the VCI medical advisory board for the past 1.5 years.

Prior to joining CEI, Dr. Roberson was Stanford University’s chief of otology-neurotology-skull base surgery. He and his wife founded the Let Them Hear Foundation in 2003, which aids individuals who are hearing impaired who lack adequate access to funding and healthcare resources.
