Private Jets Charter Announces $1000 Winner in Jet Photo Contest

WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwire) -- 09/27/12 -- The summertime launch of the Jet Photo Galley by Private Jets Charter was kicked off with their High Flying Photo Contest. As way to introduce this photographer's resource, the entrants were invited to upload their original aviation photographs and enter to win up to $1000 in prize money.

The contest garnered about 200 entrants, with stunning aerial and interior private jet photos. The shots with the most votes were tabulated at the beginning of September. The winners are:

Third Place $200 was awarded to Marc Ulm from Germany, a 19 year old photographer who has been taking shots of planes and more since the young age of 6 years old.

Second Place $300 to Felix Bahamonde Hernandez, a pilot and aerial photographer from Puerto Rico. His company is F&N AirPhoto.

And First Place $1000 is Renato Serra Fonseca of Rio de Janeiro, who is a highly experienced photographer and extensive traveler, with over 1000 aviation photos published in many publications. He and his wife both love aviation photography, and plan their vacations around their love of photography.
