HONG KONG, China, Sept. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson Electric today announced a new powerful DC blower for handheld vacuum cleaners. The new blower delivers double the suction power compared to traditional blowers in the same package size, with no reduction in runtime per battery charge.
The high efficiency aerodynamic Blower is integrated with a DC motor using a proprietary commutation interface. Handheld vacuum cleaners with the new blower deliver better and faster cleaning. The product life is twice that of traditional blowers to align with extended product warranty.
"Cordless vacuum cleaners using this new blower achieved the highest performance in the category," said Jim Dick, Johnson Electric's senior vice president of Strategic Marketing.
