Michael W. LeRoy Celebrates Election Success: New President of Pirate's Alley Condo Assoc.

NEW ORLEANS, La., Sept. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Michael W. LeRoy is pleased to announce that he has been unanimously elected President of the Pirate's Alley Condominium Association.  Pirate's Alley, located in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana, is known for being home to some of New Orleans' greatest treasures.

The area is typically described as being just one block long.  However, it's home to the Faulkner House and the New Orleans Spring Fiesta Pirate Alley Art Show, as well as other locales and events.  The vibrant cultural hub is also home to some of New Orleans' most distinguished citizens.

"It's a great honor for me to be elected President of the Pirate's Alley Condominium Association," says Michael W. LeRoy.  "I have to admit… I wasn't really expecting to be unanimously elected to this position.  I really appreciate this gracious show of support from my fellow condo owners."

In addition to taking on this new leadership responsibility, Michael W. LeRoy is in the process of forming and launching his own company, FLA Tampa, LLC, which is in the business of acquiring commercial properties throughout Florida.

Michael W. LeRoy is also a lawyer with Fulmer LeRoy Albee Baumann PLC.  He is a member of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  An active community volunteer, Michael W. LeRoy regularly puts his legal talents to use outside of his profession.

"I hope that I can bring some of my commercial property and legal knowledge to the table in my new position as Condominium Association President," says Michael W. LeRoy.  In addition to forming his own LLC that deals with these issues, Michael W. LeRoy has also served as an editor for widely respected Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.

"I've learned a lot about commercial – and residential – properties over the last twenty years or so," says Michael W. LeRoy.  "I'm excited to put that knowledge to use for the benefits of my neighbors in New Orleans.  I'm not exactly sure what shape or form that help will take, but I am confident in my abilities to improve the conditions and efficiency of the Association."
