CACI Awarded Prime Position on $53 Million Multiple-Award Contract to Provide Mission Support Services to Federal Emergency Management Agency

CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI) announced today that it has been selected as one of four prime contractors to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Continuity Programs (NCP) Directorate on the Program and Mission Support Services (PAMSS) contract. With an anticipated ceiling value of $53 million, this five-year (one base plus four options) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract represents new work for CACI and further expands the company’s presence in its business systems and enterprise IT markets.

FEMA’s mission is to support the nation’s citizens and first responders in preparing for, protecting against, responding to, recovering from, and mitigating all hazards. The NCP Directorate aims to minimize the disruption of essential government operations to ensure the government can respond to a full spectrum of emergencies. For the PAMSS contract, CACI will provide support capabilities that enhance government resiliency in the face of threats and hazards. The company will compete for professional and mission support services task orders in a range of areas, including policy, operations, test, training, and exercise programs; software, systems, and telecommunications engineering; audit support; and financial and internal controls.

CACI’s prior experience with government continuity makes it especially qualified to perform work on the PAMSS contract. For more than four years, CACI has successfully supported FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System, the nation’s next-generation alert and warning capability.

According to John Mengucci, CACI Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, “With this new work supporting FEMA, CACI will provide a nexus of policy, operations, and technological support that will keep our national and state governments prepared to respond to any new world threat.”

CACI President and CEO Dan Allen said, “Since the advent of global terrorism and asymmetric threats, ensuring government continuity at all levels has always been – and will continue to be – a national concern. CACI’s award of FEMA’s Program and Mission Support Services contract reflects the ongoing success of our strategy to pursue work in markets that match the priorities of the federal government.”

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian clients. A member of the Fortune 1000 Largest Companies and the Russell 2000 Index, CACI provides dynamic careers for approximately 14,900 employees working in over 120 offices worldwide. Visit www.caci.com.
