TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/02/12 -- Pathway 2010 GORR Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") reports that on September 5, 2012 it filed the following statement of reserves and reports under National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities for the period ending December 31, 2011, as a result of a review by Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") in their letter of August 3, 2012:

--  Form 51-101F1 - Statement of Reserves Data and Other information; 
    
--  Form 51-101F2 - Report of Independent Qualified Reserves Evaluator or
    Auditor; and 
    
--  Form 51-101F3 - Report of Management and Directors 

(collectively the "Reports").

The Partnership's management and consultants missed the filing deadline for the Reports in error. The OSC brought the late filing to the attention of management and the Board and accordingly the Partnership has corrected the situation by filing the Reports.
