The two sessions will take place at the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center on Tuesday, October 23 from 2 - 5:00 p.m. in Reef F and Thursday, October 25 from 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. in Reef E.

During these highly anticipated sessions, Weber, along with Patrick Neely, CFO of Chickasaw Nation Division of Commerce; Sarah Bauer of Purdue University; and Andy Kruse of IBM, will share concrete, practical insight into how attendees can create successful business analytics initiatives. During the interactive workshop, participants will learn about organizational design for a successful business intelligence competency center from the diverse perspectives of a major university and a large hospitality and entertainment business. Attendees will learn about virtual and structured teams, as well as reporting structures within an analytics context and the roles and functions that can ensure success in their own organization environment.
