WHAT: The U.S. Small Business Administration announces a town meeting for homeowners, renters, businesses and non-profit organizations with damages caused by severe storms and flooding on Aug. 5-6 in Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington counties in Tennessee.

FACTS: Loans with terms up to 30 years:
Up to $200,000 homeowners (real estate damages)
Up to $40, 000 Homeowners and Renters (personal property)
Up to $2 million Businesses and Non-profit Organizations (real estate, machinery, inventory and other assets)
Interest rates are as low as:
1.688 percent for Homeowners and Renters,
3 percent for Non-profit Organizations
4 percent for Businesses
Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA's secure website at https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela. Disaster loan information and application forms may also be obtained by calling the SBA's Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955.
Mail completed applications to: U.S. SBA, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76155.
Deadline: Physical property damage October 15, 2012 and for financial losses May 16, 2013.
