About the Lawsuit

Questcor and certain of its senior executives are charged with issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements, during the Class Period, in violation of federal securities laws.

On September 24, 2012, shares of Questcor declined almost 37%, to close at $19.08 per share, on exceptionally high volume of over 31 million shares.  This decline followed the filing by the Company of a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, that revealed the federal government had initiated an investigation into the Company's promotional sales practices.
