GULF BREEZE, Fla., Oct. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Industries are globalizing rapidly and healthcare is no exception. This new reality opens up a wealth of learning opportunities for nations on every corner of the globe. The Chinese Hospital Association is hosting a group of twenty-two Chinese Hospital CEOs that will attend Studer Group's What's Right in Health Care® conference. In order to maximize their experiences while in the United States, The Chinese Hospital Association will host a special Sino-US Hospital CEO Dinner Program on October 10th from 7:00 – 9:00pm.
This opportunity will allow healthcare executives from around the world to share their best practices and discuss views on topics such as improving quality and patient safety, reducing costs, and more. The dinner is an invitation-only event that will be attended by the head of the Chinese Hospital Association, twelve Presidents from various Chinese Hospitals and those CEOs attending What's Right in Health Care® that would like to attend.
During a visit to China in 2011, Studer Group® Founder, Quint Studer, was amazed by the large bed size of hospitals but was not surprised by the commonalities in healthcare focuses and concerns. "The passion and tremendous dedication to improve healthcare is the same in China as it is in the United States," says Studer. "We are honored that the contingents from China have chosen What's Right in Health Care® as a venue to learn best practices specifically around flow and communication, as well as their willingness to present and share information so attendees can learn from them." Quint will be in attendance at the dinner program and looks forward to additional learning and forged relationships between CEO's across the United States and the contingents from China.
Studer Group®, a Gulf Breeze, Florida-based outcomes firm, will host their 10th annual What's Right in Health Care® conference on October 10-12 in Nashville, TN. This conference brings over 1,500 healthcare professionals from organizations across the nation to learn, network and celebrate together.
One of the focused sessions at this year's conference will include a panel discussion with international healthcare leaders attending from China, Australia, Canada, India and more. These leaders volunteered to share insights and provide a global view of what is working well in healthcare in the country where they provide care. Studer Group is honored to host this annual conference that provides an opportunity for healthcare leaders from around the world to network and share best practices.
