CACI Awarded $36 Million Subcontract by Lockheed Martin to Support Defense Cyber Crime Center

CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a $36 million subcontract by Lockheed Martin to provide cyber forensics and information technology solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) Cyber Crime Center (DC3) under Lockheed Martin’s prime contract to support the center. The award is for one base year with four option years. This is new work for CACI and expands the company’s growing cyberspace solutions business.

DC3 sets standards for digital evidence processing and analysis for any DoD investigation that requires computer forensic support to detect, enhance, or recover digital media, including audio and video. The center assists in DoD criminal, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and fraud investigations and DoD counterintelligence activities; and is the focal point for cyber threat sharing with defense industry partners in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Cyber Security/Information Assurance Program.

CACI will provide Lockheed Martin and DoD with qualified computer and audio-visual forensic experts and software engineers to research and design forensic tools, improve information technology enterprise support, and enhance cyber counterintelligence analysis.

According to John Mengucci, CACI Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, “CACI offers cyber solutions that will help Lockheed Martin and the Defense Cyber Crime Center speed the time it takes for forensic analysis of evidence, while sustaining the highest levels of quality, so that our clients can move quickly to address rapidly evolving challenges in protecting our nation’s cyberspace operations and capabilities.”

CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Dan Allen said, “CACI’s ongoing investment in solutions for our cyber market segment continues to deliver results. Our 2011 acquisition of cybersecurity solutions provider Paradigm Holdings, Inc., for example, was instrumental in helping CACI secure this subcontract with Lockheed Martin and the Defense Cyber Crime Center. We continue to focus our cyberspace solutions on winning new business with new clients and expanding business with current clients who rely on us to meet emerging cyberspace requirements.”

CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian clients. A member of the Fortune 1000 Largest Companies and the Russell 2000 Index, CACI provides dynamic careers for approximately 14,900 employees working in over 120 offices worldwide. Visit www.caci.com.
