("S3"), today announced that S3 has completed integrating the functionality of the Cingular Wireless GSM network and S3's fleet management system, both of which are tied into S3's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, monitoring and support center operations.

S3 now offers wireless communications coverage over the ReFLEX network, the Inmarsat network delivered through the use of geosynchronous satellites providing world wide communications and now, over the GSM network through S3's integration of the Cingular Wireless network.

S3 has also taken security precautions to ensure that data between remote devices and S3's servers is delivered directly to S3 and not through any other bulk data or shared group network, much like a corporate Virtual Private Network.
