MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/15/12 -- Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX:LW) today announced that the Company's dividend for October, 2012 will be $0.0708 per share, representing $0.85 per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on November 15, 2012 to shareholders of record October 31, 2012.
Leisureworld's dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes in accordance with subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any applicable corresponding provincial and territorial provisions.
