Media Advisory: The Canadian Tenors Set to Deliver First Ever Performance in the Canadian Museum for Human Rights

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/23/12 -- The Canadian Museum for Human Rights invites you to witness the first performance ever held inside this iconic building.

The globally acclaimed Tenors have performed in front of millions around the world including at the Perez Peace Centre with Andrea Bocelli and on Oprah with Celine Dion. In Winnipeg, they will tour the Museum with Mayor Sam Katz, followed by a special performance that will delight construction crews and a few guests.

The Tenors' work to promote human rights is as inspiring as their talents on stage. They've performed alongside the Dalai Lama at Free the Children's "We Days" and shared the stage with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon at ONEXONE galas. The Tenors also recently filmed a documentary in Africa to bring awareness to the plight of children in Swaziland. Their music has become a message of hope for many causes and peoples around the world and they are thrilled to be performing a couple of songs in this amazing building. The Tenors are launching their new studio album on October 30th and are announcing a Winnipeg Concert date as part of a 70 city North American tour.

Following the performance, The Tenors will be available for interviews.
