Loretta Lynn's 50th anniversary as a member of the Grand Ole Opry was celebrated on this week's episode of Noteworthy At The Opry, Saturday, October 27, on Great American Country (GAC), featuring a special appearance by Johnathon Arndt, Jeweler to the Stars. The country music icon who performed "You Ain't Woman Enough," was joined by Trace Adkins on "Lead Me On," and the Pistol Annies, Lee Ann Womack and her sister Crystal Gayle for her signature "Coal Miner's Daughter." Before Lynn's final song of the night, Johnathon Arndt, Jeweler to the Stars, presented Loretta Lynn with a congratulatory gift of a Limited Edition Johnathon Arndt 18 KT. pink gold and diamond Swiss timepiece. Lynn responded to the gift and to multiple standing ovations from the crowd, saying, "The greatest moment of my life was when they inducted me into the Grand Ole Opry. That's a feeling you only feel once in a lifetime. And I'm glad I did."
Noteworthy At The Opry will re-air October 28 at 1:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and October 30 at 9:00 p.m. (all times Eastern).
