WASHINGTON, Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BrowserMedia has completed its merger with creative agency nclud, forming a leading, full-service digital agency and software development company. The merger is effective today and includes all of nclud's IP and existing creative staff.
The merger with nclud allows BrowserMedia to bolster its creative capabilities, while complementing the back-end technical capabilities that have made BrowserMedia a thought leader in open source technologies. In addition, the nclud merger will expand BrowserMedia's offering in native mobile application and mobile web development.
