(NYSE: PNC) today announced that it will not remarket today the $500,100,000 aggregate principal amount of its Remarketable 8.729% Junior Subordinated Notes due 2043 (the "Notes"). PNC intends to remarket the Notes later in the remarketing period as permitted under the terms of the Notes.
