Neurologist/Neuroscientist Dr. David Wiebers Advances a Comprehensive New Theory on the Nature of Consciousness and the Nature of the Universe

Dr. Wiebers Presents Scientific Evidence from the Theory During Keynote Presentation Entitled "Theory of Reality" at the International Congress on Neurology & Epidemiology

Wiebers, a world leader in neuroscience (with the support of other world leaders in neuroscience) today announced the advancement of the Theory of Reality (TOR), a comprehensive new theory regarding the nature of consciousness and the nature of the universe (which are interwoven), the release of a book entitled "Theory of Reality: Evidence for Existence Beyond the Brain and Tools for Your Journey," and the launch of TOR Group, and TOR Foundation.

The Theory of Reality (TOR) combines key elements of neuroscience, physics and metaphysical science to create an all-encompassing new level of understanding to address the most basic universal questions of humankind--Who are we?  Where are we going?  How do we fit into the universe?  In the process, the TOR provides answers to the two most important unanswered questions in science as defined in a special issue of the journal Science in 2005: "What is the universe made of?" and "What is the biological basis of consciousness?"
