KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Nov. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tekni-Plex, Inc. announced today that it will host an investor teleconference to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2013 on Friday, November 16, 2012, at 2:00 pm EST. The Company anticipates posting its quarterly report on or before November 12, 2012.

On the teleconference, senior executives will make a formal presentation, followed by a question and answer session. The teleconference will be open to holders of, beneficial owners of, and prospective investors in, the Company's outstanding Senior Secured Notes; securities analysts; and market makers.
