The program is sponsored by RealtyPin.com, a real estate website that is home to more than one million residential and commercial listings.

In order to join the affiliate program, realtors must register, then add at least one of RealtyPin's widgets to their own websites. RealtyPin has three different widgets to choose from – one that provides home listings that are updated every day, one that provides up-to-the-minute nationwide mortgage rates, and one that provides a table of up-to-the-minute mortgage rates.

Anytime searchers use one of the widgets, the realtor affiliates will make money. They'll make $0.10 for each search on the home listing widget, and $0.20 for each search on the mortgage widgets. Once $20 worth of clicks are amassed, RealtyPin will send out a payment via PayPal.
